Isha V. Odom
Founder & CEO
Dr. Isha is a native of Virginia. She is the owner of Isha Odom Enterprises, LLC. where she provides strategies to leaders and customized training solutions. Isha has a passion for leadership and is skilled in both the public and private sectors. She has worked for the United States Federal Government domestically and in Japan as well as served in various nonprofits in senior leadership positions.
Dr. Isha joined the Maxwell Leadership Team in 2015 and is certified to teach several of John Maxwell’s exclusive courses. She combines Maxwell’s dynamic curricula with her 20 years of leadership experience. Isha is a vendor with the United States Federal Government and certified trainer where she teaches in the “Civilian Leadership Development” program.
Dr. Isha’s post-secondary level education includes management, public administration, and strategic leadership. In 2021, she was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). In 2022, she earned an Executive Certificate in Strategic Leadership. Isha’s service areas include keynote speaking, mastermind groups, group coaching, and creating customized training solutions. In addition, Isha collaborates and provide solutions to executive leaders and is known as the “strategic thinking partner.”
Dr. Isha has been married to Michael D. Odom, Jr. for 26 years. They have six adult children and eight grandchildren.

Dr. Isha Odom is a breath of fresh air in the City of Albany, Georgia and abroad. I have had the opportunity to partake in several John Maxwell Leadership courses led by Dr. Odom, including Live 2 Lead, and I left each session highly encouraged and armed with material to enhance my leadership and managerial skills.
