Isha has a passion for leadership and is skilled in both the public and private sectors. She has worked for the federal government as a financial analyst as well as serve in various nonprofits in senior leadership positions. She joined the John Maxwell Team in 2015 and is certified to teach several of John’s exclusive courses. In 2021, Isha was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS).
